5. PLEASE CHECK YOUR DOCUMENTS

Please review your documents as soon as you receive them. You agree to check your itinerary and other travel documents for accuracy and notify us promptly of any issues. The names on your documents must match your government-issued ID. Call us if you have any questions.

6. AGENT FOR SUPPLIERS

K & D Travel and More LLC, along with its independent travel advisors (collectively "we" or "us"), act as sales agents for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in your itinerary or confirmation ("Suppliers"). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to adhere to their own schedules, provide services or refunds, financial default, or failure to honor future trip credits. You acknowledge that your travel plans may be interrupted or cancelled by the Supplier, a government entity, or other third parties over which we have no control. You further acknowledge that the Supplier’s own cancellation, rebooking, and refund policies will govern your rights and remedies, including your right to receive a refund.

7. RISKS OF TRAVEL

We assume no responsibility for, and shall not be liable for, the acts or omissions of any party not under our control, or any acts of God, unsafe conditions, terrorism, health hazards, including pandemics, illness, weather hazards, or the suitability of any trip for disabled individuals. We recommend visiting the State Department travel website at www.travel.state.gov and the Centers for Disease Control website at www.cdc.gov/travel for information on the destination country.

It is your responsibility to understand and abide by all travel requirements and restrictions, including health affidavits, screenings, temperature checks, quarantine requirements, and visa regulations. Failure to meet these requirements may result in fines, quarantine, or deportation at your expense.

8. CHECK-IN

  • Domestic Flights: Minimum check-in time is 1 to 1 ½ hours before departure.
  • International Flights: Minimum check-in time is 2 to 3 hours before departure.
Due to heightened security measures, it is advised to allow extra time before your scheduled departure. Failure to arrive within your airline’s specified time could result in denied boarding.

9. PROOF OF IDENTITY

All passengers must present accepted photo identification, such as a passport or other state or government-issued photo ID. IMPORTANT: The Federal Real ID Act mandates stricter security standards for state-issued driver’s licenses and other forms of identification. Beginning May 7, 2025, every air traveler will need to present Real ID-compliant identification to board a domestic flight.

Please check www.dhs.gov/real-id for more information on Real ID requirements.

10. PASSPORTS AND VISAS

You must have a passport to travel to another country. International destinations may have additional requirements such as a visa, which you must obtain prior to departure. If you are a non-US citizen, different immigration requirements apply. You are responsible for contacting the relevant consulates and ensuring you meet the passport, visa, and other entry requirements.

11. EXCURSION AND PROMOTIONAL FARES

Most discount fares involve certain restrictions. Changes to flight carriers, times, or routes could result in a full fare being charged. Please consult with the agency or airline before making changes.

12. TIMES, FLIGHTS, AND FARES

Times, flights, and fares are based on current tariffs and are subject to change without notice.

13. PRICE INCREASES

Travel arrangements involving airline and cruise components are subject to supplemental price increases imposed by suppliers or government agencies, even after you’ve completed your purchase. You consent to any such price increases and authorize your credit or debit card to be used for them.

14. PRICE DROPS

If a Supplier drops the price of a trip after booking, we will try to assist with rebooking if the Supplier allows it, though a fee may apply. We do not guarantee refunds or rebooking.

15. LOWEST FARES

While we strive to secure the lowest fare suitable for your travel requirements, we cannot guarantee that the fare at the time of booking will be the lowest at the time of departure. Please contact us before departure if you'd like to recheck any fare changes.

16. TOUR, CRUISE, AND PACKAGE PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, tariff changes, or increased operational costs. If the number of passengers in a group tour/package falls below the minimum required, a surcharge may apply.

17. RESERVATION RULE VIOLATIONS

You agree not to purchase tickets for unused flight segments, such as "point-beyond", "hidden-city", or "back-to-back" tickets, which are prohibited by airlines. Failure to use one segment may result in the cancellation of your entire itinerary.

18. CREDIT CARD MERCHANT

If we are the merchant on your credit card transaction, note that our services consist of counseling and facilitating the sale. If a Supplier fails to provide the service, your recourse is against the Supplier, not us. You agree not to initiate chargebacks against us.

19. IF YOUR PLANS CHANGE ENROUTE

If your plans change en route, check with your travel agent or airline carrier for applicable charges, changes, and fees.

20. OVERBOOKING

Airlines may overbook flights. If you're denied boarding, you may be entitled to compensation. The rules for denied boarding compensation are available at all ticket counters.

21. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

We reserve the right to charge processing fees for cancellations and refunds. You must change or cancel your flight itinerary before the originally scheduled departure. No value remains after departure.

22. HOTELS

Hotels are typically confirmed on a guaranteed payment basis. If you need to cancel or change your plans, please notify the hotel(s) within the specified time period.

23. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE

If you elect to purchase travel insurance, the policy terms will dictate coverage for financial loss, including for pandemics or pre-existing medical conditions. Trip insurance may not cover insolvency. We are not liable for the denial of a claim.

24. SUPPLIER BANKRUPTCIES

If a Supplier declares bankruptcy, they are not obligated to honor your reservation or issue a refund. Travel agents are not authorized to refund tickets for bankrupt airlines. We recommend travel insurance for protection in case of supplier bankruptcies.
